Before You Get In

Health & Safety.

Alternating between heat and cold is a real physical stressor — a healthy one for most people, but not for everyone. Please review this list before your first session, and check with a physician if any of it applies to you.

General Guidance

A Few Ground Rules.

Listen to your body

Discomfort is part of the process — pain, numbness, or lightheadedness is not. Step out if something feels wrong, and let our team know.

Hydrate

Drink water before and after your session. Heat and cold exposure both place real demands on your body.

Go at your own pace

You don't need to match anyone else's rounds or times. First-timers should ease in and build up over multiple visits.

Ask before you book

If you're unsure whether contrast therapy is right for you, reach out before your session — we're glad to talk through it.
