Everything you need to know before booking the trailer for your gym, event, or campus.
A mobile contrast therapy unit carrying a wood-fired sauna and two iced cold plunges. We bring the complete setup to your gym, event, or campus — you’ll just need to provide access to water and power on site.
Reach out through our contact form with your date, location, and what you’re planning. We’ll confirm availability and walk you through the details — typically within a few hours.
The unit arrives fully set up: the wood-fired sauna lit and warming up, and both plunges iced and ready. We handle setup, breakdown, and haul-out. On-site staffing is available as an add-on if you want our team running the experience for your guests.
We do need access to water and power on site. The sauna itself is wood-fired and the plunges are ice-chilled rather than relying on active refrigeration, but we use your site’s utilities to run the rest of the setup. Mention your location’s access when you reach out and we’ll confirm what’s needed.
The sauna holds 6–8 people per round, and the two side-by-side plunges let guests move through the protocol back-to-back without bottlenecking at a single tub.
Guests alternate between the wood-fired sauna and the iced plunges, repeating the cycle a few times before finishing on heat. You can see the full breakdown — including typical round lengths — on our Experience page.
Swimwear or athletic wear, a towel, and a water bottle. The recommended protocol is posted on site as a graphic, so you’ll know exactly how to move through your rounds.
Contrast therapy isn’t right for everyone. We keep a dedicated page on who should check with a physician first — see our Health & Safety page for the full list.

Yes — all participants must be 18 or older.
The unit is built to keep running in rain or even snow — weather alone usually isn’t a reason to stop. Lightning or other severe weather is the exception: in those conditions, the area should be vacated until it passes.
